My first experience with this furrier, I received outstanding customer service. I brought in a very long mink coat, and Chris shortened it to 3/4 length, smoothed out the puffy shoulders, and added magnetic closures. Chris made a final adjustment; they want to make sure that you are happy with their work. Great family business, they also have well-priced jackets for those looking for something new. I loved the fabric reversible to sheared beaver, super lightweight coat.
